Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• GLÔSĒ is not responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
